This Generative Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Policy (“Policy”) describes our approach and use of AI in content marketing. As used in this Policy “we”, “our” or “us” means Skyrocket Group and “you” or “your” means the client.
We use AI as a tool to complement and enhance our marketing expertise and professional judgment. AI helps our team streamline research, develop ideas, and work more efficiently; however, our industry experience guides the strategy messaging, and creative direction for each client engagement. All AI generated or AI assisted work is reviewed, refined, and approved by a human professional who understands your brand, audience, and goals. AI supports our process, but our people remain responsible for reviewing all AI inputs and outputs and directing the strategy to determine the final content in compliance with client directives.
Client Confidentiality
We use AI tools in a manner consistent with our client confidentiality obligations, and all client agreements. We limit the information submitted to the minimum information reasonably necessary to achieve the client’s business goals and objectives.
We remove, mask, anonymize, or de-identify client names, identifiers, confidential and proprietary information, and other sensitive information where practicable. We will comply with all written client agreements, policies, directives, and requests to prohibit or limit the information shared in AI tools, or any conditions imposed on the use of client personal, confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information.
Transparency and Disclosure
We disclose our use of AI tools in connection with our work. Where AI materially assists in preparing deliverables, analyses, proposals, scopes of work, contracts or other client facing materials, we will disclose that use to clients in a clear and appropriate manner. We remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and professional judgment in all work product regardless of whether AI tools were used.
Human Oversight and Verification
Our team members will review, evaluate, and were appropriate revise any AI generated text, images, concepts, or other materials before they are published or delivered to a client for review and approval. AI generated output is not final work product without meaningful human oversight from our team members.
We verify all AI generated factual statements, data, claims, and source references against reliable materials before use. As part of that review, we assess whether the output may contain inaccuracies, unsupported assertions, fabricated sources, biased assumptions, or other AI generated error commonly referred to as AI hallucinations.
We review AI generated or AI assisted work for factual accuracy and consistency with client instructions, messages, brand standards, audience expectations, and project objectives.
We use reasonable review tools and processes which may include anti-plagiarism screening, image source review, and AI detection tools to help assess originality and authenticity. Because automated detection tools are not conclusive we rely on them as part of a broader human review process rather than as the sole basis for approval.
We do not knowingly publish or deliver AI generated or AI assisted material that infringes on third party rights, misrepresents source material, or fails to meet internal quality control standards.
Legal Compliance
We will use AI tools in a manner designed to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We will comply with all industry specific, contractual, privacy, data protection, and information security requirements. AI tools may only be used in accordance with this Policy, applicable client instructions, and any restriction imposed by law, contract, license, or professional obligation.
Before using AI tools for client work we will apply a reasonable review procedure to reduce the risk that AI inputs infringe, misappropriate, or improperly disclose third party intellectual property, trade secrets, confidential information, or proprietary materials. We will not knowingly use AI generated or AI assisted output that appears substantially similar to protected third party content unless we have confirmed that the use is authorized, licensed, independently created, or otherwise legally permissible.
We will not enter client personal information, confidential information, proprietary information, trade secrets, privileged materials, client materials, or other restricted data into any AI tool unless the use has been approved under this Policy and is consistent with the applicable privacy, data protection, confidentiality, contractual obligations, and client instructions.
We recognize that copyright protection generally extends only to human authored work and that material generated by AI alone may be ineligible for copyright protection. For any deliverable for which copyright ownership, registration, exclusivity, or comparable protection is material we will work with the client to create protectable work ensuring that work is created, selected, arranged, or modified by human authors to a degree necessary to support a claim for human authorship.
We ask that our clients identify any work for which copyright ownership or other intellectual property protection is a material objective before the work begins.
Acceptance
We regularly monitor and evaluate the impact of AI technology on our work and update our policies and practices as appropriate to ensure our use of AI remains ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable law, regulations, and client instructions. We ask clients to identify any work for which copyright protection is a material objective before the work begins. If a client prefers that we not use generative AI, we will honor that preference with the understanding that it may affect the scope of work, marketing service fees, and delivery timelines.
